From conversation to agreement.
You won the sales call. Now stop spending hours writing the proposal.
Paste your discovery notes or call transcript and Accord drafts a professional proposal from your own services and prices. You edit it, your client reviews and approves it, and the work hands over cleanly to delivery.
The problem
The deal is won on the call and lost in the paperwork.
- 01
Proposals take too long
The call went well. Then the proposal eats an evening, and the client's enthusiasm cools while you write.
- 02
Pricing and scope rebuilt every time
You copy last month's proposal, hunt for the right rates and hope you caught every line you meant to change.
- 03
Terms drift from deal to deal
Payment terms, revisions and exclusions vary depending on which old document you started from.
- 04
Follow-up is scattered
Did they open it? Who needs to approve? The answers live across your inbox, a spreadsheet and memory.
- 05
Won deals land badly in delivery
What was promised sits in a PDF the delivery team has never read, so the project starts with questions.
Accord is built to fix all five.

Your client approves

FAQ
Questions, answered.
Does the AI decide my prices?
No. Prices come from your catalogue, and totals, discounts and tax are calculated deterministically by rules you can inspect. The AI drafts words, never numbers.
Can clients sign in Accord?
Clients review, comment on and approve proposals through a secure link. Legally binding e-signature will come through a recognised signing provider, and until then we call it approval, because that's what it is.
Can I use my own templates and terms?
Yes. Build templates and reusable clauses once and every proposal starts from your standard terms.
What happens when a proposal changes?
Every edit creates a version, so you and your client can always see what was agreed and when.
Does it connect to my CRM?
HubSpot and Stripe integrations are planned. Early-access customers will hear first and help decide what comes next.
What does early access mean?
Accord is being built now. Early-access accounts send real proposals as we roll it out and get a direct line to the team. Questions go to clio@new-odyssey.com.
