Changes
Signers can withdraw consent or ask for a paper copy
Before signing, a signer can withdraw consent to sign electronically, and before or after signing they can ask for a paper copy from the signing page. A paper-copy request is recorded and your team is told.
Pipedrive sync files contacts under their company
Synced clients are filed under their organization in Pipedrive, deals get their expected close date, and a deal follows the proposal when it expires or is extended.
Built-in e-signature
Clients can sign the exact version they approved, with e-signature built for the US ESIGN Act and UETA. Several people can sign, and everyone gets a signed PDF with a completion certificate.
Draft a proposal from a recorded call
Send the Accord notetaker to a Zoom, Google Meet or Microsoft Teams call. It writes a transcript, Accord drafts the proposal from it and checks that nothing promised on the call is missing.
Client assistant and negotiation inbox
An assistant on your client's proposal link answers from the proposal and shows what can change, within rules you set. Other requests come to a negotiation inbox with recommended replies.
Notetaker on Bookara bookings
The Accord notetaker can join calls booked on your Bookara pages, and the booking shows the proposal drafted from the call.
