What this comparison leaves out

"Not listed on the page we checked" means DocSend's product page at dropbox.com/docsend doesn't mention it. DocSend may offer something similar elsewhere, so check before you decide.

No DocSend price is shown: its pricing page didn't load for us on Oct 31, 2026, so we couldn't verify one. The source and the date checked are at the foot of this page.

Questions

Does Accord have a data room like DocSend?

Accord has deal rooms: one per deal, with up to 20 PDFs, Word files or images of up to 20 MB each, plus the deal's proposal, on secure links with page-by-page analytics. DocSend is a dedicated document-sharing product and lists virtual data rooms with file indexing and one-click NDAs, which Accord doesn't offer.

Can I see who opened my documents in Accord?

Yes. A deal room records every visit, with the visitor's email when they gave or verified one, return visits, time on each document and page while the tab is visible, and downloads.

Why doesn't this page show DocSend's prices?

We couldn't verify them. On Oct 31, 2026 DocSend's pricing page (docsend.com/pricing) didn't load for us, so the DocSend column comes only from its product page at dropbox.com/docsend. Check DocSend's own pricing before you decide.
