Proposal software for freelancers and independent consultants
Accord is proposal software for freelancers and independent consultants who sell services after a discovery call. You paste your notes, it drafts the scope and deliverables, prices come from your own catalog, and your client signs on one link. Solo is $39 a month for one person, with no charge per proposal sent.
What you do
- Paste your call notes or a transcript, or send the notetaker to a Zoom, Google Meet or Microsoft Teams call.
- Accord drafts the scope, deliverables and terms from what was said, and picks the catalog items that fit.
- You edit every line, then send one link. Accord never sends for you.
What you pay
Building, pricing and previewing are free, with 3 AI drafts. To send, Solo is $39 a month: 20 AI drafts, 3 recorded call hours and 150 client-assistant answers a month. Your first 7 days are free. There is also a one-time lifetime license for $149.
Who it isn't for
Teams that need HubSpot or Salesforce sync now (both coming soon), and businesses that sell physical products from a large inventory.
Questions
Does the AI set my prices?
No. The AI picks catalog items that fit your notes and suggests quantities. Prices come from your catalog, and totals, discounts, tax and deposits are calculated by fixed rules.
Can my client sign in Accord?
Yes. E-signature is built in, for the US ESIGN Act and UETA. Have your lawyer check your wording.
